Arai XD4 Adult Dual Sport Motorcycle Helmet - Frost Blue / 2X-Large

The Arai XD helmet features the Twin-Cam Shield Pivot System, allowing the faceshield to operate fully under a peak that can be lowered for better aerodynamics. The high-flow peak channels air directly into the front vents. Additionally, the helmet includes dual TDF3 top intake vents and Double Delta bridged exhaust vents, which are designed to draw a significant volume of air from the helmet interior. The shell of the helmet is constructed of fiberglass composite, making it stronger and lighter, and allowing for the use of softer, less dense liner materials for increased rider comfort.

To further enhance airflow, the helmet is equipped with an efficient chinbar vent with interior and exterior controls, which flows fresh air to the mouth area or across the shield interior to help prevent fogging. Large chinbar side exhaust vents also draw out additional hot air. The Arai XD series helmets offer the option to be configured with shield and peak, peak only for use with goggles, or shield only. However, the peak/visor supplied is not suitable for high-speed use, as air striking a side or main surface of the peak may cause difficulty in returning the head to a forward and/or level position.

Other features of the Arai XD helmet include a fully removable, replaceable, and washable liner, with optional liner sizes available for a custom fit. The helmet also has four top vents and is DOT Approved, meeting The FMVSS 218 Standard as well as SNELL-2020 standards.
